Payment terms and conditions are set out below

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings are subject to the terms & conditions set out below and form a binding contract between the vendor (G&K Bradley ta/Flags) & the client.

1. All bookings must be secured with a valid debit or credit card. 2. All rooms will be made available to incoming guest from 12.00 noon. 3. Guests will vacate their rooms not later than 10.30am on the morning of departure. 4. Cancellations must be made before 12.00 noon otherwise the full room rate will be charged to the securing debit/credit card. 5. Multiple cancellations, Cancellations of bookings for more than 1 night are required not less than 24 hrs prior. where the cancellation is made less than 24hs prior a 33% charge of the total booking will be charged to the securing debit/credit card. upto a maximum of £60. 6. Prices. All B&B published prices include an en-suite room and full breakfast. 7. Transaction charges. Credit & debit card transactions will have a standard charge of £1.10 added to cover our costs for card processing (we do not earn any revenue from this charge). Late check-out. Where a guest has not vacated their room before the check out time stated a charge not less than 50% of the published room rate may be charged to the securing debit/credit card. 8. 7 Day stays. Where a guest books a 7 day stay in either a double or single room and the client's stay is shorter the tariff will revert to the standard published nightly rate. Any extra nights that are less than another 7 nights will also be chargable at the standard nightly rate.
